I do apologize for the long hiatus…..our house has been riddles with sickness over the last few weeks. I have been battling the ever “popular” H1N1 for nearly a week myself. As I write you know I am in between bouts of fever and extreme fatigue. Alright, alright – enough about this fun stuff!!!

Right about the start of the flu epidemic at our home we had a chance to spend some great quality time and prepare the house for the Christmas season.

Landon just loves his “best friend ” dad

That is one proud boy : – )

And Arden was just in amazement of her big brother’s creation….notice the lovely freakishly pale complexion on my baby not to mention the sanitizer and box of tissues within an arms reach– haha

And the final gingerbread village a’ la Landon .

So back to the couch I go praying to get better —QUICK!!!!

Thanks for all of the well wishes and prayers!!!

This has to be one of my most favorite people to photograph. She is beautiful , willing, and always up for whatever I have in  mind! We spend a great fall afternoon with Ashley and her baby Lulu who is quite the fasionista. From Juicy to Chanel this pup had it all!

Just one image for now- isn’t she stunning?!……….

What a fun filled, high energy evening! We took the whole family out for a holiday session. It had been so long since Jen and I mad first made contact that it was so nice to finally be able to shoot them. They came beautifully dressed an full of spirit. They are a fantastic family that I enjoyed sharing the evening with. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek Jen and Jamie…………..

They don’t come much cuter than this!!!!!! Little Nick was so sweet. He really just lit up the room and was all smiles for me. I enjoyed traipsing through their backyard for these awesome shots. YEP- you heard me right, this was their backyard. It also happens to be a local environmental park! Man- I love what I do …….thanks for being so awesome to work with! Enjoy your preview Mandy & Greg!

I am still shaking in my boots…Uggs that is! I have been dying to trying out this new location, but it wasn’t quite suited for little ones. When I found out I was going to have the chance to photograph Rachel and Jake I knew this what the spot!

We hit a few places first, but ended up at this old abandoned school house not far from my home. All was going well and were were having a blast exploring the old cars and cool broken windows when….BAM!!!!!! a loud crashing noise came from outside!!!!!!! Ummm, let’s just say we ALL made a b-line for the car. I even left my stool!!!! SO who know what it was, but we didn’t stick around to find out! So this first image is the minute it happened. Can you see the terror on Jake’s face?

Another great fall morning. We dodged some showers and had a ball at the park. This little princess was more interested in the treats I brought than taking pictures, but hey whatever works! Her sweet brother gave me a few giggles, but they were few and fare between- teething HURTS!!!- poor guy. All in all we got some great shots!

Enjoy your sneak peek…………………..

Fifty years…That is how long they have been married!! They asked me to take some long overdue photos go celebrate the occasion- I was very honored. I hope you love them!
